IT Infrastructure Security manager (Banking Systems)

IpotekaBank, a part of OTP Group, is committed to safeguarding its IT assets and infrastructure against security threats. As we continue to enhance our security posture, we are looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Security Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Security Systems Management: Implementation, configuration and support of security systems and services (firewalls, Active Directory, patch management, encryption, servers, networks, routers, desktops, etc.).
• Security Architecture: Participation in defining and implementing security architecture principles and best practices for infrastructure components.
• Project Review: Participation in reviewing and recommending the design of new IT systems and technologies to ensure compliance with security principles.
• Incident Response: Supporting 24/7 security monitoring, incident detection and response to proptly address threats and breaches.
• Incident Investigation: Collaborate on security incident investigation, perform root cause analysis, and propose preventive measures.
• Access Control: Implement and manage access control, authentication, and authorization mechanisms to protect infrastructure resources.
• Identity Management: Assist in developing and implementing user identity management policies and practices.

Qualifications Required:

• Experience with Qradar SIEM, Fortinet, Cisco.
• University degree in information security, computer science, or a related field.
• Experience in cybersecurity (3-5 years) with a focus on protecting IT infrastructure.
• Familiarity with security frameworks (e.g. NIST, CIS) and industry regulations.
• Proficiency in Russian at C1 (advanced) and English at B1 (intermediate).
• CCNP, CISSP, CISM, or CISA certifications would be an advantage.
