Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Strategy Execution: Drive the implementation of strategic programs within a multinational European banking group.
• Collaborate Internationally: Work effectively with European subsidiaries, international delegates, and consultants.
• Facilitate Transformation: Act as a central player in the bank’s transformation efforts.
• Manage Projects: Establish and oversee project structures using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
• Coordinate Phases: Develop and manage project initiation, planning, execution, and closure phases.
• Execute Communication Plans: Plan and conduct key communications; ensure effective stakeholder engagement.
• Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Coordinate with teams across business, risk management, finance, operations, and security.
• Monitor Implementation: Track daily project progress and support teams in achieving milestones.
• Resolve Issues: Address project issues systematically to maintain schedule adherence.
• Escalate Risks: Timely and effectively escalate project risks and issues as needed.
• Prepare Reports: Develop presentations and reports using PowerPoint and Excel.

Qualifications:

• Education: Degree from a leading university.
• Experience: Proven leadership and experience in project management or transformation roles within banking or financial institutions.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
• Skills: Strong structured thinking, problem-solving abilities, and multitasking skills.
• Work Ethic: Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities effectively.
