ABOUT THE ROLE

Group-IB Fraud Protection is an advanced solution designed to combat the most sophisticated fraud schemes faced by organizations across various industries. It enables you to detect fraud schemes, including social engineering attacks (such as phishing sites and email scams), user account fraud, payment fraud, malicious bot activity, web injections, mobile trojans, malware-related fraud, credit fraud, and more.

APPLY FOR THIS VACANCY IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS

• You are proficient in Xcode for installing demo applications, updating the SDK, viewing logs, and using the simulator. You can review the SDK code as needed;
• You have experience with Android Studio for using virtual Android devices, viewing logs from client applications and the SDK in Logcat, and accessing SDK code when necessary;
• You are familiar with Chrome DevTools for locating selectors for page elements, monitoring network requests, and debugging JavaScript calls;
• Experience with JavaScript to test the snippet and assist clients in integrating it correctly into their pages, as well as helping clients identify bugs in their code that may prevent the web snippet from functioning after integration;
• Experience with Java and Swift;
• English Level B2;
• Russian B2.

TASKS TO SOLVE

• Testing new features of the SDK and web snippet;
• Testing the integration of the SDK and web snippet into client applications;
• Collaborating with clients’ developers on the implementation of the SDK and web snippet, while assisting in identifying integration bugs;
• Working with our analysts to address any questions regarding data transmitted from the web snippet and SDK that trigger events in the Fraud Protection system Providing guidance on the SDK and web snippet functionality;
• Communicating with our developers and DevOps team if issues arise on our side;
• Assigning tasks to our developers and overseeing their completion. For instance, if new functionality is introduced in the SDK or web snippet, clearly define and assign tasks to the backend developer to ensure correct data processing;
• During the integration process, if a client requests enhancements to the SDK, gather all relevant details, outline specific use cases, assign tasks to the mobile developer, monitor the progress, review the final output, and deliver the solution to the client.
