• Sales Operator (Cold Calling)

• Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients

• Present and promote company products/services effectively

• Identify customer needs and provide relevant information

• Handle objections and persuade potential customers

• Maintain a database of leads and follow up on prospects

• Achieve assigned sales targets and quotas

• Provide feedback to the sales team to improve strategies

• Prior experience in sales or telemarketing is preferred

• Strong communication and persuasion skills

• Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated

• Basic knowledge of CRM software is a plus

• Proficiency in [language required, Uzbek, Russian( B 1 )

• Fixed salary + commission on successful deals
