Control Room Operator

CCR Operator : The role involves working in shifts to monitor and control the operations of the Combined Cycle Power Plant from the operator stations in the central control room. The objective is to ensure the plant operates reliably, safely, and efficiently while meeting dispatch requirements. Given that the plant is newly commissioned with some systems still requiring tuning and adjustments, the CROs will be responsible for ensuring smooth and steady startups, shutdowns, and operations as per approved procedures while communicating with field operators for all checks and local operations. Additional responsibilities include ensuring HSE & PTW procedures, preparing shift reports, filling check sheets, investigating abnormal operations, equipment malfunctions, unit trips, and performing other required activities.

Who will fit:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in plant operations at Combined Cycle/Thermal Power Plants.
• At least 4 years of experience as a Control Room Operator/Control Room Engineer.

Experience working with modern high-efficiency H-class Gas Turbines and Combined Cycle Plants for 4 years.
