Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Telesales Representative who can leverage their sales expertise to effectively communicate and promote our digital product development solutions, including AWS cloud services, AI, ML, Blockchain, and Web3 technologies. This role will focus on reaching out to potential clients, qualifying leads, and closing sales through phone-based interactions. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of technical services and digital technologies, enabling them to present our solutions in a clear, compelling way to potential clients across various industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate Leads and Drive Sales (cold calls)
- Detailed Product Presentation (custom digital development solutions, AI-powered automation, blockchain-based solutions, and serverless architecture)
- Targeted Sales Approach
- Market Research & Lead Qualification
- Pipeline Management
- Technical Support in the Sales Process
- Close Sales and Meet Targets
- Follow-Up and Customer Support
- Provide Industry Insights
- Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing
Requirements:
- Proven Telesales Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in telesales, cold calling, or inside sales, particularly in technology or digital solutions.
- Technical Understanding of Digital Solutions
- Sales Strategy Expertise

- Negotiation & Closing Skills
- CRM Proficiency
- Self-Motivated & Goal-Oriented
- Adaptability & Learning Agility
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).
Conditions:
- Schedule: 20:00-00:00 (maximum 4 hours)
- From $4 per hour (based on experience and performance).
- Work mode: Remote
