In this area, KPMG provides services of major construction and design projects implementation controlling, as well as managing with deadlines arising during the implementation of such projects.

Responsibilities:

— Analysis and confirmation of the validity of the changes made to the project documentation during the construction process;

— Analysis of the work performed (construction & assembling scope, installation of equipment, etc.) for compliance with the project documentation of designing stage (stage П) & the working documentation;

— Confirmation of equipment/materials delivery;

— Confirmation of executive documentation on completed and closed acts of work completeness;

— Confirmation of work performed with the requirements of regulatory documentation quality compliance;

— Analysis of risks associated with disruption, postponement of work deadlines, supply of technological equipment, commissioning;

— Regular visits to the construction site, visual inspection (approximately 2 times per month);

— Analysis of progress on the project implementation with the maintenance of cumulative statements;

— Performing other tasks related to the confirmation of the actual work performed on the construction project.

Requirements:

— Higher construction education (Industrial, civil construction, Oil and gas field development, Mining)

— Work experience of at least 3 years (production and technical department engineer)

—Knowledge of the procedure for performing urban development activities in accordance with the requirements of technical regulations,

—Knowledge of the composition of design and technical documentation and the principles of its formation and delivery (initial permitting documents, working documentation, executive documentation);
—The ability to analyze design documentation, as well as to make a targeted selection of information from design documentation;
- The ability to use all the software tools necessary for work;
- The ability to purposefully search for information in open sources;
- An analytical approach to processes.
