Overview & Responsibilities:

As a Project Coordinator (Business Development) at ENCOMPASS, you will lead and oversee the tender bidding process, ensuring seamless collaboration with clients and stakeholders.

Proposal Preparation:

  • Identify and engage partner companies for joint project applications, ensuring alignment with specific tender requirements.

  • Strategically customize and present partner profiles and references to enhance proposal competitiveness.

  • Spearhead the recruitment and selection of project experts, tailoring CVs to meet tender specifications.

  • Develop comprehensive project methodologies in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

  • Lead the creation of cohesive and competitive technical and financial proposals.

  • Conduct a comprehensive market analysis and business intelligence.

External relations:

  • Build and nurture partnerships with external organizations.

Requirements for Project Coordinator:

Education & Experience:

  • Master's degree in Engineering, Business, Management, or related field. Bachelor’s degree with 2 (two) additional years of experience may be also considered.

  • Two to three years of experience in project design, tender bidding, external relations, project coordination or management, preferably in the field of engineering.

  • Familiarity with international financial institutions and their project requirements is desirable.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Proficiency in Google Suite applications is a plus.

  • Knowledge of any project management methodology is desired.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Russian (Uzbek language is a plus).

  • Ability to effectively manage large volumes of diverse information.

  • Outstanding organizational skills, with a proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.

  • Demonstrated adaptability and flexibility in dynamic environments.

  • Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all responsibilities.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a talent for building and nurturing professional relationships.

Working conditions:

  • Working hours: Full-time position with flexible hours, Monday to Friday from 9pm to 6pm.

  • Salary to be discussed and finalized post-interview.

  • Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a technical test before scheduling an interview.
