Consultant in IT Advisory

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented specialist to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to business process automation projects, support clients in improving operational efficiency, and grow within a dynamic, team-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

• Developing methodological documentation to support the automation of business processes (e.g., finance, logistics, etc.);
• Assisting in the preparation of tender documentation and related materials;
• Advising clients on business processes and reporting automation solutions to enhance transparency and operational efficiency;
• Supporting clients in the development and implementation of internal policies, procedures, and regulations;
• Participating in project coordination activities, including the preparation of status reports and work plans, as well as tracking progress against key milestones.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Informatics, Economics, Finance, or Management;
• 1+ year of experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, 1C) as a user or functional consultant;
• Solid understanding of core principles in operating model design, business process optimization, and business model development;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights;
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word;
• Ability to structure, synthesize, and clearly communicate complex information;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset;
• Fluency in Russian and English (both written and spoken).
