Need to have dispatch course certification
At least 1 year experience
Salary for Dispatchers: % from booked loads. (avg dispatchers make $2000 a month)
Salary for Updaters: 300$ for the first 3 months, then it will increase up to $1000.
Bonuses for good performance will be added as well.
