- Project engineering and Contractor management for IDC construction.
- Communication with the customer and contractors and organization of work process for construction, and control the work flow and procedures for successful and correct accomplishment of tasks.
- Control of contractors for the quality of construction and works on time.
- Sending a daily/weekly/monthly report to Customer and within the company management.
- Communication between project stakeholders, including customer, subcontractors, and team members, to ensure a clear understanding of civil contructions and MEP requirements,project timelines.
- Perform quality inspections of Civil construction and MEP installations to verify that they meet the industry standards and comply with all relevant regulations and codes.

Protection of design and working documentation in the examination by customer, by supervisory authorities.

Performing calculations necessary for design, hydraulic calculations of water supply systems.

Selection of equipment and preparation of specifications.

Work experience in the build and construction for telecommunications industry for at least 3 years;

Knowledge of languages Russian, English (preferably Uzbek)

Plan and supervise MEP system installations, ensuring work is completed on time, on budget and in accordance with project specifications.

Prefrerrable to have experience in CCTV ( Video surveillance), Access and Security , Weak Current and SCS (Structured Cabling Systems).

Has good knowledge in Telecommunication engineering construction civil works, water supply and drainage systems, good communication skills both with Customers and Contractors.

Ability to control project progress for mentioner construction parts.

Have experience in supervising of telecommunication buildings construction. Have the skills to perfectly use a computer (installing and using various software).

Civil Engineering Site Managers are responsible for overseeing construction projects, ensuring that all aspects of construction are completed efficiently and safely.

Good knowledge of regulatory documentation, building codes and regulations of Uzbekistan (KMC, SHNK).
