Head of Mobile

We are looking for a Head of Mobile to lead the mobile app development team at TBC Group Uzbekistan. This role will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end mobile application strategy, ensuring seamless onboarding experiences, maintaining feature consistency, and optimizing user flows.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, leadership experience, and a user-centric mindset to drive innovation and performance in our mobile products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the mobile team, ensuring consistency in user experience across all mobile apps.
• Oversee the design, development, and implementation of mobile applications.
• Collaborate with product managers to define mobile strategies.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality, user-friendly mobile experiences.
• Stay updated on mobile technology trends.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets.

Key Requirements:

• Experience: Proven experience in mobile application development and leadership, ideally in a tech company.
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of mobile app frameworks, native (Swift, Kotlin) and cross-platform (React Native, Flutter) development.
• Product Mindset: Experience in mobile app design, UX/UI, and user engagement strategies.
• Analytical Thinking: Ability to leverage data and insights to drive app improvements and user experience enhancements.
• Leadership: Strong team management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills in English and Russian.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Experience in mobile development.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of mobile platforms and development frameworks.
