We are hiring Financial Analysts with no experience

The ideal candidate will be responsible for using their analytical mindset to analyze and interpret financial data, then relating it to potential business trends and issues. This candidate will feel comfortable using insights they have discovered to communicate important themes and discoveries to company leadership.


Responsibilities

Analyze current and past financial data and performance to make recommendations on profit enhancement

Consistently analyze financial information based on both routine and ad-hoc reports
Interpret financial data to recognize changing trends, patterns, and their meaning related to key performance indicators

Communicate financial insights suggesting business issues to management
Work closely with other departments, support junior analysts, and contribute to financial strategy discussions.

Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, summaries, and performance reports to support management in strategic decision-making

Qualifications

A candidate should be studying in Economics,
Accounting, or Finance or equivalent experience

0-2years financial analysis and modeling experience

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Must be able to write reports and Manage time efficiently
Conducting data analysis along with Risk Management.

Capable of working collaboratively across departments while taking initiative and guiding financial discussions when needed.

Can handle high-pressure environments, meet tight deadlines, and quickly adapt to new financial trends and regulations.
