Responsibilities:

* Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies

* Prepare and analyze reports on sales activities and performance

* Build and maintain strong business relationships with clients

* Conduct outbound calls daily to generate leads and foster client engagement

* Develop and implement recruitment strategies through job boards, social media, referral programs, and networking events

Requirements:

Prior sales experience is a plus, preferably in the U.S. trucking industry

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment

Ability to handle outbound calls and maintain strong customer relations
