We are expanding our team and seeking a Sales Agent to drive our growth by identifying, engaging, and converting potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage potential customers through cold calling, networking, and lead generation strategies.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable courses and services.
• Present and demonstrate product features and benefits to prospective clients.
• Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed targets.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales in a CRM system.
• Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale.

Requirements:

• Languages: Proficiency in English, Uzbek, and Russian is essential.
• Education: Secondary or higher education.
• Experience: At least 6 months of sales experience, preferably in B2C sales.
• Skills:
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to build relationships and understand customer needs.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools is a plus.
