Production Manager (BOWAS Technologies)

• Organizing and supervising the production process using BOWAS technologies.

• Managing production personnel, task distribution, and performance monitoring.

• Implementing and optimizing technological processes to improve efficiency and product quality.

• Monitoring equipment performance, coordinating with technical specialists and suppliers.

• Ensuring compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and environmental regulations.

• Coordinating with equipment and raw material suppliers.

• Analyzing production indicators and developing proposals for improvement.

• Participating in commissioning activities and staff training.

• Optimizing production processes for increased efficiency.

• Training personnel and transferring knowledge on equipment operation.

• Other related tasks.

• Experience in a similar position in a manufacturing environment.

• Practical knowledge of BOWAS technologies and production equipment.

• Experience in managing production processes and teams.

• Ability to work with technical documentation (knowledge of English required).

• Experience with BOWAS technologies and equipment for collodion (pyroxylin) production.

• In-depth knowledge of production processes (collodion).

• Experience in implementing similar projects (preferred).

• Languages: Russian and English.

• Responsibility, attentiveness, punctuality, and a results-driven mindset.

• Organizational, leadership, and management skills; strategic thinking.
