Technical Director (BOWAS Technologies)

Developing and implementing the technical strategy of the project.

Integrating BOWAS technologies into production processes.

Supervising the installation, commissioning, and operation of equipment.

Managing technical personnel and organizing staff training.

Ensuring that technological processes comply with safety and environmental standards.

Liaising with equipment and raw material suppliers.

Optimizing production processes to improve efficiency.

Training staff and transferring knowledge on equipment operation.

Other related tasks.

Experience in a similar position in manufacturing.

Deep knowledge of BOWAS technologies and equipment operation principles.

Experience in managing technical teams.

Skills in working with suppliers and partners.

Experience with BOWAS technologies and equipment for collodion (pyroxylin) production.

In-depth knowledge of production processes (collodion).

Experience in implementing similar projects (preferred).

Languages: Russian and English.

Organizational, leadership, and management skills; strategic thinking.

Employment according to the labor legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan or through a contractual form of cooperation.

The enterprise is located in the Akhangaran district of Tashkent region and is currently in the commissioning phase.
