We're looking for a Search Quality Improvement Lead to help enhance the accuracy and relevance of search results. You’ll evaluate content, guide task execution, and support ongoing improvements across workflows and team processes.

Responsibilities:

  • ensure the accuracy, relevance, and quality of search engine results;
  • provide detailed feedback on completed tasks to maintain high quality standards;
  • monitor task instructions, suggest improvements, and make necessary updates;
  • manage discussions related to tasks, answer questions, and offer expert recommendations;
  • identify and escalate issues related to search processes and workflows;
  • handle complex, non-standard tasks that require deep expertise;
  • train and onboard new team members, conduct webinars, and support their adaptation;
  • assist in evaluating candidate pools to ensure the right fit for assignments;
  • support data collection, communication, and other operational needs.

Requirements:

  • native Uzbek speaker with deep cultural and linguistic knowledge;
  • English proficiency (B2+) to collaborate with international teams;
  • strong communication skills and attention to detail;
  • ability to work independently and manage multiple types of tasks;
  • experience in quality evaluation, training, or team coordination is a plus.
