Social Media & Content Manager

ABOUT THE EMPLOYER

Our client is a US-based company operating in the logistics industry. They are developing an innovative Transportation Management Software designed to optimize operations across the entire freight network.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

As a Social Media & Content Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping the brand’s voice and visibility online. You’ll be responsible for planning, creating, and managing social media and content strategies to boost engagement, build community, and support product awareness.

Social Media/Content Management:

– Own and manage the company’s presence across key platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, X/Twitter, YouTube)
– Develop and execute a monthly social media content calendar aligned with business goals and product launches
– Write engaging copy tailored to each platform, using best practices for tone, timing, and format
– Create and schedule posts using social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar)
– Collaborate with designers to create visuals, carousels, infographics, and short videos
– Monitor engagement (likes, shares, comments) and respond to followers to build community and improve brand trust
– Stay current with social media trends and suggest new content formats (e.g., Reels, Threads, Stories)
– Track analytics and performance data to refine strategy and report results

WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

– 2+ years of hands-on experience in social media management and content creation
– Strong knowledge of major platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, X/Twitter, YouTube) and what works best on each
– Excellent writing and storytelling skills with the ability to adapt tone and style
– Creativity and initiative- able to generate ideas and own projects from concept to execution
– Strong attention to detail and consistency in brand voice
– High level of English proficiency
– Experience working in a fast-paced or startup environment is a plus
Nice to have: Experience with SEO (tools like Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Semrush, etc.

Working Hours: 1pm to 10pm Tashkent time
Note: This is a remote position, however, the candidate should be located in Uzbekistan.
