We are an international logistics company specializing in multimodal transportation via rail, road, sea, and container routes. We provide comprehensive solutions for industrial and commercial enterprises.

What We Offer:

Salary: $1,000 – $2,000 USD (depending on the results of the interview) + KPI-based bonus system

Schedule: 6-day work week (Monday – Saturday), 09:00 to 18:00

Key Responsibilities

Logistics & Operations:

Organize multimodal transportation: rail, road, sea, container shipping

Coordinate with carriers, ports, terminals, and freight forwarders

Monitor delivery deadlines and status, handle transport documentation (CMR, invoices, B/L, etc.)

Identify optimal routes and logistics solutions

Collaborate with internal departments: warehouse, finance, procurement

Maintain a database of carriers, contractors, and terminals

Sales & Client Relations:

Work with current clients: process requests, calculate costs, support transactions

Direct client communication: provide consultations and suggest optimal solutions

Prepare commercial offers, calculate tariffs, negotiate conditions

Maintain and develop long-term relationships with clients

Meet individual sales targets

Attract new clients for logistics projects (in coordination with management)

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, multimodal transportation, or international shipping companies

Strong communication and sales/client support skills

Understanding of international shipping processes, Incoterms, transport documentation

Proficient in PC use, Excel, CRM, Google Workspace

Fluent in Russian and English (Uzbek is a plus)

Stress-resistant, responsive to non-standard situations, result-oriented

Advantages:

Experience working with CIS, European, Chinese, and Turkish markets

Experience with Iranian companies and familiarity with regional logistics and document flow — a big plus

Existing client or partner base

Knowledge of additional languages: Chinese, Turkish, Farsi, etc. — is an advantage
