Senior Auditor

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Auditor to join our dynamic team and contribute to delivering high-quality audits and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading and managing audits for clients in various sectors, ensuring compliance with local regulations and international auditing standards;
• Reviewing and preparing financial statements, ensuring accuracy and completeness in accordance with applicable accounting standards;
• Identifying and assessing risks, providing recommendations to improve internal controls, processes, and financial reporting;
• Communicating directly with clients to understand their business needs, providing professional advice, and building strong client relationships;
• Preparing comprehensive and accurate working papers in line with the firm’s documentation standards;
• Managing multiple client engagements simultaneously, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery;
• Keeping up to date with changes in financial regulations, accounting standards, and audit methodologies.

  Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (ACCA, CPA, or other professional qualifications are a plus);
• Minimum 3-5 years of audit experience (Big 4 experience is preferable);
• Strong knowledge of Uzbekistan’s accounting, tax, and audit regulations;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and teams.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Fluent in English, Uzbek and/or Russian
