Dispatcher in American logistics (53 ft.)

Responsibilities:

• Plan, assign, and monitor loads for drivers using dispatch systems.

• Communicate with drivers, brokers, and carriers via phone, email, and messaging apps.

• Track trucks in real time and resolve unexpected delays or issues.

• Manage documentation and input updates using Google Sheets, MS Excel, and internal systems.

• Ensure compliance with U.S. trucking regulations (DOT, HOS).

• Coordinate with safety, maintenance, and operations teams.

• Stay calm under pressure and make fast, informed decisions.

• Provide updates to management on performance and load status.

Requirements:

• Fluency in spoken and written English is a must.

• Excellent multitasking and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced setting.

• Confident decision-making skills based on accurate situation analysis.

• Proficiency in Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, PDF and image editing tools.

• Strong emotional self-control and professionalism under stress.

• Diploma from an English-language-focused College or Lyceum.

• Bachelor’s degree required (any field).

• At lease 2 years of experience working with 53 ft.
