IT Engineer

**Job Responsibilities of an IT Engineer**:

1. Management of IT equipment, including the maintenance and management of hardware and software in computer rooms, servers, computers, network equipment, monitoring devices, printers, etc.

2. Management of the company's Active Directory domain, including domain accounts, emails, and permissions.

3. Network, data security, and virus prevention.

4. On-site technical support, including the daily maintenance of company PCs, software installation, patch upgrades, and resolving problems in the use of hardware and software by users.

5. Data backup operations and management.

6. Network management and optimization.

7. Compilation and management of operation and maintenance documents.

8. Training on IT-related daily office work.

9. Management of IT fixed assets.

10. Other IT-related support work.

岗位职责：
1、IT设备管理，包括机房、服务器、电脑、网络设备、监控、打印机等软硬件维护及管理；
2、公司AD域管理，包含域账户、邮箱、权限等；
3、网络、数据安全和病毒防范;
4、 现场技术支持，公司PC日常维护、软件安装、补丁升级、解决用户软硬件使用问题；
5、数据备份作业和管理；
6、网络管理与优化；
7、运维文档的编写及管理；
8、IT日常办公相关内容培训；
9、IT固资管理；

10、其它IT相关支持工作。

**Requirements for the Position**:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in computer-related majors, with 3 or more years of experience in IT support and operation and maintenance work.

2. Proficient in Windows Server, CentOS operating systems, and SQL Server databases, and able to independently install, configure, and troubleshoot common faults.

3. Proficient in the management and maintenance of common domain controls such as AD, DNS, DHCP, and Exchange, as well as daily data backup operations.

4. Proficient in the installation and configuration of common Windows desktops and Office software. Experience in maintaining software such as ERP, OA, and MES is preferred.

5. Proficient in computer network-related knowledge and have operation and maintenance experience with network equipment from brands such as Shengsi, Fortinet, Cisco, and Huawei.

6. Proficient in the management and configuration of server virtualization technologies such as Shengsi super convergence or VMware.

7. Possess good interpersonal communication and coordination skills.

8. Meticulous in work, highly responsible, able to withstand certain work pressure, and have a professional dedication spirit.

9. Experience in maintaining information systems such as ERP, MES, and WMS is preferred.

10. Experience in database maintenance or development and programming is preferred.

11.Fluent in listening, speaking, reading and writing in English or Chinese.

6. 精通深信服超融合或VMware 等服务器虚拟化管理和配置；
7. 具有良好的人际沟通协调能力；
8. 工作细致、认真负责、能承受一定的工作压力，具有敬业精神；

9.有ERP、MES、WMS等信息化系统维护经验者优先；

10.有数据库维护或开发、编程经验者优先。

11.英语或者中文听说读写流利。
