Civil Engineer (Gaz field) for English Speaking only!

Foreign energy development company is a leading player in gas industry, committed to delivering innovative solutions and high-quality projects. We are expanding our operations in Uzbekistan and are looking for a skilled and experienced Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Civil Engineering Design & Planning:
   • Develop and review civil engineering designs, drawings, and specifications for roads, foundations, pipelines, and other infrastructure in gas field development.
   • Ensure all designs meet international and local construction standards and safety regulations.
   • Site Supervision & Construction Management:
     • Oversee on-site civil works, ensuring projects are executed according to plans, schedules, and budgets.
     • Monitor construction progress, quality, and compliance with safety protocols.
     • Project Coordination:
       • Collaborate with project managers, mechanical and electrical engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of civil works.
       • Coordinate with local authorities, contractors, and suppliers to facilitate permitting, material procurement, and compliance with regulations
       • Quality Control & Safety Compliance:
         • Implement quality control measures to ensure construction materials and workmanship meet required standards.
         • Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure adherence to HSE (Health, Safety, and Environmental) policies
         • Risk Management & Problem-Solving:
           • Identify and address potential engineering or construction issues before they impact project timelines.
           • Provide technical solutions for challenges encountered in remote and complex field environments.
           • Reporting & Documentation:
             • Maintain accurate records of construction activities, material usage, and project progress.
             • Prepare regular progress reports for senior management and project stakeholders.
             • Qualifications & Experience:
             • Nationality: Must be an Uzbek national.
             • Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
             • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering, preferably in oil and gas, infrastructure, or industrial projects.
             • Technical Skills: Proficiency in civil engineering software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, STAAD Pro, etc.).
             • Knowledge of Regulations: Understanding of Uzbek construction laws, environmental regulations, and international engineering standards.
             • Language: Fluency in Uzbek and Russian is required; English proficiency is preferred.
