Project Engineer/Planner

Energy Development is a leading player in the gas industry, committed to delivering innovative solutions and high-quality projects. We are expanding our operations in Uzbekistan and are looking for a skilled and experienced Project Engineer / Planner (English Speaking only!) to join our dynamic team.

• Budget and Cost Control
• Quality Assurance
• Communication and Reporting

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Process, or related field).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project engineering/planning within the oil and gas industry.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
• Strong understanding of project management principles and practices.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English and Russian; knowledge of Uzbek is an advantage.
• Professional certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
• Experience working in remote locations and challenging environments.
• Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.
• Proficiency in Software such as Visio / AutoCad / MS Project / Navisworks etc. Work terms:
• Extended hours and shifts may be required based on project demands.
• This is a Camp based position working on 14 days on 14 days or 28/28 days on/off rotation with a back-to-back position.
• Work is primarily conducted on-site at the Kumli and Urtakum gas fields.
• Exposure to various weather conditions and physical hazards.
