WCH Service Bureau is seeking a seasoned and strategic Marketing Manager to lead brand awareness, corporate messaging, and multi-platform campaign execution. This role is central to executing our strategic direction and ensuring alignment across internal and external communications. The ideal candidate has strong experience in healthcare or B2B marketing and can manage cross-functional initiatives, video campaigns, content creation, and agency collaboration. Working schedule: Sunday to Thursday from 18:00 pm to 3:00 am.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Management: Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across all platforms; define and reinforce WCH’s core message.
  • Campaign Leadership: Oversee the creation and rollout of multi-media content, including video series (e.g., client testimonials, 'Years of Trust'), promotional clips, and branded taglines.
  • Project Management: Execute the marketing portion of the WCH strategic plan, ensuring all tactics and timelines are met. Collaborate with PR agencies and internal teams.
  • Content Oversight: Coordinate the production of educational and promotional materials for corporate and internal audiences.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track marketing KPIs, evaluate campaign performance, and present results to leadership with actionable insights.
  • Team Coordination: Lead cross-departmental workshops, gather insights from operations and leadership, and ensure unified brand direction.

Requirements:

-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

-5+ years of marketing experience, ideally in healthcare, B2B, or service sectors

-Demonstrated ability to manage brand campaigns from concept to completion

-Strong project management and organizational skills

-Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders

-Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Canva, Mailchimp, and video editing platforms is a plus

-Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

-Working language: English (spoken proficiency required; interviews will be conducted in English).

Preferred:

-Experience working with PR agencies and internal creative teams

-Understanding of healthcare industry regulations or credentialing services

-Experience creating and distributing content via LinkedIn, YouTube, and email campaigns
