Responsibilities:

• Researching and identifying prospective suppliers

• Negotiating purchase terms and conditions

• Preparing and issuing purchase orders

• Monitoring supplier performance and resolving issues

• Inspecting and evaluating the quality of purchased items

• Analyzing industry and demand trends

• Maintaining accurate inventory and procurement records

• Complying with company policies and regulatory standards

Requirements:

• High school diploma/GED; a Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.

• 2+ years of experience in purchasing or a similar role.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and purchasing/resource planning systems.
