Design Engineer (for Ukraine office)

Undertake outside plant (OSP) project design and provide technical support;

Support ODN project bidding and be responsible for design deliverables;

Complete ODN technical solutions and Low-Level Design (LLD) according to customer requirements and standards;

Organize and manage subcontractors for OSP site surveys and design work;

Prepare GBOM (General Bill of Materials) and assumptions for quotation based on preliminary solutions;

Perform ODN generic product selection and engineering material selection.

Proficient in English (working language) with strong reading, writing and communication skills;

Expertise in OSP survey, design and project processes;

Deep understanding and implementation experience with fiber optic cables and ODN products;

Substantial OSP survey and design experience; capable of independently supporting, organizing and executing OSP surveys;

Independent survey and design capabilities;

Proficient in planning/design software (Google Earth/AutoCAD, etc.) for network planning;

Thorough knowledge of ODN networks and products;

Familiar with FTTX construction and engineering design standards;

Experience with design institutes and overseas network projects preferred;

Strong teamwork skills, stress-resistant, and willing to travel for overseas project support;
