Inha University in Tashkent is seeking a dynamic and goal-driven Manager of the PR and Admission Department, with a primary focus on leading the admissions function. This pivotal role will play a critical part in driving enrollment success and enhancing the university’s public image through strategic engagement and outreach.

About the PR and Admission Department:

The Division is responsible for:

  • Planning and implementing student recruitment and admission strategies.

  • Managing the full admissions cycle from outreach to enrollment.

  • Developing relationships with schools, educational partners, and prospective students.

  • Overseeing the university's branding, public relations, and marketing communications.

  • Organizing and participating in local and international student recruitment events.

  • Coordinating digital campaigns, media relations, and promotional activities.

  • Ensuring accurate and timely communication of admissions information to all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities of the Role:

  • Lead the planning and execution of undergraduate and graduate admissions strategies aligned with institutional goals.

  • Oversee the entire admissions cycle – from lead generation to application processing and final enrollment.

  • Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of admissions and PR officers.

  • Analyze admissions data and trends to inform decision-making and forecast enrollment.

  • Build strong relationships with high schools, educational consultants, and other stakeholders.

  • Coordinate with the PR unit to support brand visibility and targeted outreach campaigns.

  • Represent the university at recruitment events, education fairs, and school visits.

  • Ensure compliance with admissions policies and uphold institutional integrity.

  • ​​Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Education, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in university admissions, student recruitment, or a related role.

  • Proven experience managing teams and achieving enrollment targets.

  • Excellent English proficiency is a must – both written and spoken.

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and digital recruitment tools is an advantage.

  • Legally qualified to work in the field of education in Uzbekistan
