Responsibilities

Search, screen, and manage candidates — especially drivers;
- Manager: lead and oversee the recruitment team, ensure KPI performance.

Conduct interviews and manage communication throughout the hiring process;

Direct communication with drivers is mandatory (calls, messages);

Maintain records and coordinate with the HR and operations teams;
- Manager: lead and oversee the recruitment team, ensure KPI performance.
- Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience (logistics is a plus);
- Fluent in Russian and English (English level B1 or IELTS 6+);

Strong communication and organizational skills;
- Flexible but U.S.-based working schedule;
- Competitive salary based on recruiter level:Recruiter

Recruiter 6+ — $600/month

Recruiter 7+ — $1000/month

Recruiter 8+ — $2000/month
- Recruitment Manager — $3000/month with KPI bonuses
