Responsibilities

Full recruitment cycle: posting, screening, interviews, hiring

Onboarding and support for new employees

Organizing internal communication

HR records management (remote & in-office staff)

Reporting, compliance, and HR metrics tracking

Requirements

1+ year of HR experience

English level: B2 or higher (written and spoken)

Knowledge of HR document management

Strong organizational and communication skills

Fast learner with a proactive mindset
