Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with flight arrangements and travel-related services, ensuring smooth booking experiences
• Offer professional advice on travel options, including any necessary extras
• Deliver exceptional customer service to both new and returning clients, aiming to build long-term customer relationships

Basic Requirements:

• Proficiency in English

• At least 3 month of relevant work experience in sales or call center.

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Eagerness to learn and grow professionally

Technical Requirements:

• Processor: CPU with a benchmark score of 5000 or higher, or Intel i3 and above

• RAM: Minimum 8 GB

• Headset: Preferably wired headset

• Operating System: Windows 7 or higher, Ubuntu 16 or higher, or macOS 10.14 or higher

• Browser: Google Chrome (version 106 or above)

• Network: Stable internet connection with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps (Wi-Fi or mobile data not recommended)

• Camera: Web camera, preferably built-in

Available Shifts:

• Night Shift: 20:00 – 04:00 (5 days a week)
