Call Centre Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Ask prequalifying questions according to the script to assess customer needs;
• Transfer qualified customers to licensed agents;
• Persuade clients and make successful transfers.

Requirements:

• Fluent English;
• PC (Windows) and stable Ethernet connection (LAN). APPLE SOFTWARE AND WI-FI ARE NOT SUITABLE;
• Speed not less than 100 MB/s, min i5 and 8 GB RAM.
• Good headset (Logitech, etc.);
• Available 9 AM to 6 PM EST (6 pm - 3 am Uzbekistan time).
