Telephone Operator

Holiday Inn Tashkent City is seeking a motivated and friendly Telephone Operator to join our team! If you are passionate about customer service and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Answer, record, and process all guest requests, questions, or concerns via telephone, email, chat, and mobile communication devices.
• Directing relevant calls to guest rooms/ hotel outlets/ offices
• Assisting at Front Desk if requested to do so
• Answering incoming calls and places outgoing calls
• Provides information about hotel services to guests if needed
• Guest registration
• Providing concierge services, such as arranging transfers upon guest request

Requirements:

• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in Russian and English (knowledge of additional languages is an advantage).
• Strong computer skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and demonstrate high levels of responsibility.
