Requirements:

• Fluent in spoken and written English;
• Excellent customer service and communication skills;
• Multitasking and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment;
• Ability to accurately analyze the situations and make proper decisions;
• Computer skills (Google Sheets, MS Excel, PDF editor, Image editor);
• High degree of emotional self-control in a stressful environment;
• Foreign language (English) specialized College or Lyceum Diploma;
• Must have at least a Bachelor’s Degree;
