Who Are We Looking For?

We are searching for an Recruiting Specialist to join our team! If you have experience in human resources, possess leadership skills, and are eager to grow, this position is perfect for you.

Responsibilities:

• Collecting information about job vacancies, posting announcements, searching for and screening candidates, conducting interviews, checking references, and organizing the hiring process;
• Maintaining a database of candidates and preparing reports;
• Developing and managing recruitment strategies to attract top talent;
• Conducting both mass (regional) and targeted recruitment processes.

What’s Important to Us:

• At least 2 years of experience in recruitment with the ability to independently manage the full hiring process;
• Ability to communicate effectively in Uzbek, Russian and English;
• Knowledge of modern recruitment methods and tools;
• Willingness to learn and improve professionally;
• Readiness to grow together with the company.
