ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Drive and coordination of Employees development interventions through identifying employee’s development needs, establishing of relevant development programs in accordance with Area and Global development programs.
- To organize, conduct and co-facilitate of processes related to Functions Talent agenda, such as: career planning sessions, development interventions review sessions etc.
- Owns the process of HR budget planning, Salary & Wages planning, including the submission of data into relevant systems (BCP)
- To analyse People Key performance indicators on periodical bases and provide to Top Team. (Reports related to: employee turnover, People moves, External labor context, Employee Value proposition activities efficiency).
- Drive the process of annual Employee engagement activities development and planning. Further coordination implementation of Employee engagement activities during the year across the Company.
- Owns the activities related to External and Internal Talent acquisition. The activities related to: Development of annual Talent acquisition plan and coordination of implementation. Coordination the 3rd party agency on External Talent acquisition activities including activities in digital channels.
- Responsible on time and full administration of JML (Joiners, Leavers, Movers) processes into SuccessFactors system according to local PDP requirements.
- SPOC for the Employee related projects across company, such as: Employee engagement survey; Wellbeing; Recognition programs etc.
EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE
- Min. 3 years of experience in HR management in junior roles
- Experience in developing the Employees development programs.
- Deep knowledge of Uz labour legislation
- Good level of computer literacy and using software technologies
- International languages knowledge: Fluent in English and Russian languages
- Good level of analytical, communication and influencing skills
