C#/.NET developer

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and support an existing C# .NET application

• Fix bugs and resolve issues in a timely manner

• Develop and integrate new features according to business requirements

• Optimize application performance and ensure system scalability

• Collaborate with frontend developers, DevOps, and QA teams

• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code

Requirements:

• On site job, office located in Tashkent
• At least 1 year consecutive professional experience
• Strong experience with C# and the .NET (Core or Framework) ecosystem

• Deep understanding of object-oriented programming and SOLID principles

• Solid knowledge of data structures and algorithms

• Experience with RESTful APIs, Entity Framework, LINQ, and asynchronous programming

• Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server) and version control (Git)

• Ability to debug and resolve complex backend issues

• Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment

Nice to Have:

• Experience with high-load, scalable applications

• Familiarity with microservices architecture and distributed systems

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, etc.)

• Understanding of message queues (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka)

Interview Process:

1. Algorithmic Challenge – The candidate will solve 3 algorithm problems and must successfully complete and explain at least 2 of them

2. General Computer Science Interview – Covers data structures, algorithms, system design, etc.

3. C#/.NET Technical Interview – In-depth discussion on .NET, C#, application architecture, and related technologies

4. Practical Task – A real-world coding task related to the backend domain

5. Manager Interview – To assess communication, ownership, and cultural fit
