Primary School Teacher's Assistant

Location: Olmazor district Sagban
Start Date: August 18, 2025
Working Hours: Full-time, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
Employment Type: Full-time, long-term position

Responsibilities:

• Assisting the teacher in conducting lessons and organizing the educational process

• Working individually with students (helping with assignments, maintaining focus)

• Preparing teaching materials and handouts

• Supervising children during breaks, outdoor activities, and meals

• Handling basic documentation as assigned by the teacher

• Supporting classroom discipline and maintaining a positive learning environment

• Using English in daily activities (supporting a bilingual environment, participating in English-language lessons)

Requirements:

• Higher education in pedagogy (prior experience is not required)

• Proficiency in English and Russian at Intermediate level or higher

• Love for children, kindness, attentiveness

• Responsibility and willingness to learn

• Motivation to grow professionally and eventually take on a teaching role
