Tech Specialist / Технический специалист по бытовой технике

Responsibilities:

• Direct KPI management (CRRR & repair results, diagnostics, component repair);

• Support for authorized service centers (Q&A, email, chat);

• Authorization of RMA processes;

• Conducting technical training for authorized service centers (new models, service bulletins);

• Quality control (issue collection, cooperation with headquarters);

• Investigation of product liability case reasons and support for other departments (VOC, warehouse, logistics).

Requirements:

• University degree, preferably in a technical field;

• Engineering experience with digital appliances;

• Experience in conducting trainings;

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Uzbek, Russian, and English;

• Advanced skills in MS Office programs, especially Excel.
