We are seeking a highly qualified academic leader for the position of Dean of the School of Information Technology. The candidate will be responsible for strategic leadership, the development of educational and research programs, the administrative management of the School, and ensuring its alignment with international standards and market demands.

• Strategic Leadership and Development

• Defining and implementing the long-term development strategy of the School of Information Technology.

• Ensuring the relevance and competitiveness of academic programs in the rapidly evolving IT market.

• Developing partnerships with industry, research institutions, and international universities.

• Academic Management

• Overseeing the development and revision of curricula and programs across all departments of the School.

• Supporting high-quality teaching and integrating innovative educational technologies.

• Ensuring academic quality, monitoring learning outcomes, and student satisfaction.

• Administrative Leadership and HR Management

• Organizing the work of faculty and administrative staff within the School.

• Recruiting, motivating, and supporting the professional growth of staff.

• Overseeing academic and administrative processes, ensuring timely grade submissions, and preparing for accreditations.

• Research and Innovation Activities

• Promoting research activities, innovative projects, and publications by faculty and students.

• Encouraging participation in international conferences, grants, and collaborations.

• Resource Management

• Optimizing the use of material, financial, and human resources.

• Ensuring access to modern digital platforms and tools for learning and research processes (LMS, Bitrix24, BTEC, etc.).

• Student Support and Career Development

• Enhancing student satisfaction through high-quality academic services.

• Organizing career development and employment events for students.

• Doctoral degree (PhD) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.

• Minimum of 7 years of professional and/or academic experience, including at least 3 years in an academic leadership position.

• Experience in strategic planning and management of educational and research projects.

• Understanding of current trends in IT education and the industry.

• Fluency in Uzbek and English is mandatory; knowledge of Russian is an advantage.
