We are seeking a qualified academic leader for the position of Head of the Department of Business Analytics and Change Management. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing educational programs, leading research activities, and providing administrative leadership for the department, ensuring that academic offerings align with market demands and best practices.

• Academic and Strategic Leadership

• Shaping and implementing the strategic vision for the development of the Department of Business Analytics and Change Management;

• Analyzing current trends in business analytics, project management, and change management to update academic programs;

• Introducing innovative teaching methodologies to develop students’ analytical and management skills;

• Curriculum Development and Market Alignment

• Designing and updating academic courses in business analytics, change management, project management, and related fields;

• Establishing and maintaining partnerships with the business community, consulting firms, and industry organizations to integrate real-world case studies and internships;

• Ensuring compliance of academic programs with national and international standards and accreditation requirements;

• Faculty Management and Recruitment

• Recruiting, mentoring, and coordinating the work of faculty and researchers in the department;

• Evaluating faculty performance, ensuring timely grading, and maintaining updated teaching materials;

• Motivating staff and fostering a collaborative, innovation- and quality-focused team culture;

• Student Success and Employment Support

• Conducting regular student satisfaction surveys and implementing improvements based on feedback;

• Developing career counseling programs, internships, and collaboration with employers to increase graduate employability;

• Providing academic support and fostering the professional development of students;

• Digital Platforms and Tools

• Implementing and using LMS, Bitrix24, BTEC, and other modern digital tools to enhance the effectiveness of the educational process;

• Supporting faculty and students in learning and utilizing digital technologies;

• Scientific Research and Innovation

• Promoting research and projects in business analytics and change management;

• Fostering collaboration with national and international academic and business partners;

• Quality Control and Compliance

• Ensuring a high standard of education and continuous improvement of academic programs;

• Preparing the department for accreditation and internal audits, ensuring compliance with international standards.

• Master’s degree (MA) or PhD in Business Analytics, Management, Economics, Information Technology, or related fields;

• At least 5 years of professional or academic experience, including a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role;

• Experience in developing and implementing academic programs in business analytics and change management;

• Scientific publications or practical experience in the field are an advantage;

• Proficiency in LMS, Bitrix24, BTEC, and other digital educational platforms;

• Languages: Fluency in Uzbek and English is mandatory; knowledge of Russian is an advantage;
