IT Engineer (г. Джизак)

Qualification Requirements
➖ Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or related field;
➖ At least 3 years of IT support and operations experience;
➖ English proficiency (Chinese is a plus).
➖ Proficient in Windows Server, CentOS, SQL Server; capable of independent installation, configuration, and troubleshooting;
➖ Skilled in AD, DNS, DHCP, Exchange, email & access management, and regular data backups;
➖ Knowledgeable in installing/configuring common software (e.g., Windows Desktop, Office); experience with ERP, OA, MES is preferred;
➖ Deep understanding of networking; experience with Sangfor, Fortinet, Cisco, Huawei devices;
➖ Proficient in virtualization (Sangfor HCI, VMware);
➖ Experience maintaining ERP, MES, WMS systems is a plus;
➖ Database maintenance/development or programming experience is a plus.

Job Description
➖ Manage IT equipment: data center, servers, computers, network devices, surveillance, printers, etc., including hardware and software maintenance;
➖ Manage the company’s AD domain: accounts, emails, access rights, etc.;
➖ Network and data security, virus prevention;
➖ On-site technical support: PC maintenance, software installation, updates, user issue resolution;
➖ Data backup operations and management;
➖ Network management and optimization;
➖ Create and manage operation & maintenance documents;
➖ Conduct training on IT-related office tools;
➖ Manage IT fixed assets;
➖ Other IT support duties.

Working Conditions
➖ Full-time regular job, working hours 8:00 am – 5:00 pm;
