Responsibilities:

  • Achieve the agreed monthly/quarterly/yearly sales and/or profit goals.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies and tactics for promotion of products
  • Negotiations with Key Accounts
  • Developing sales team through motivation, counseling and product knowledge education.
  • Promoting the organization and products
  • Market analysis, market potential and determination of sales development prospects
  • Searching potential customers
  • Understand customers and how they relate to our products.
  • Responsible for sales reports

Requirements (Qualifications, experience and Skills):

• BS / MS degree in business administration or medical

• Successful previous experience as a sales manager minimum 3 years

• Result-oriented, ambitious, organized and structured

• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close

• Strong business sense and negotiation skills

• Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills

• Ability to lead a sale team

• Fluent in Russian, Uzbek and English both written and verbal.
