SAP Assistant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive SAP Assistant to support the Marketing Department in managing and maintaining data within the SAP system. The successful candidate will help ensure smooth execution of marketing operations by handling SAP-related tasks such as data entry, report generation, and system support, while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter, update, and manage marketing-related data in SAP (e.g., materials, vendors,).
• Assist with generating marketing performance reports using SAP tools.
• Ensure data consistency, accuracy, and alignment with marketing strategies.
• Help document SAP-related marketing processes and workflows.
• Participate in system testing, updates, or new SAP tool implementations related to marketing.
• Assist in managing marketing budgets, purchase orders, and vendor data through SAP.
• Support internal audits by providing necessary SAP reports and documentation.
• Provide basic SAP training or guidance to new marketing team members as needed.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Prior experience with SAP or ERP systems preferred.
3. Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
4. Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
5. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Requirements:

• at least 2 years or more experience working in SAP system
• Fluent in English, Russian, and Uzbek.
