BI Instructor

Job Title: BI Instructor (Remote, Full-Time)

Location: Fully Remote

Working Hours: 5 PM – 2 AM Tashkent Time

Language Requirement: English (Advanced)

We are looking for an experienced BI Instructor to teach and mentor students or professionals in SQL, Power BI, and data modeling. You will deliver engaging, hands-on instruction and support learners in building real-world BI solutions.

This role is fully remote with a flexible schedule, ideal for BI professionals looking to share their knowledge and inspire the next generation of data talent.

Responsibilities

• Teach core BI skills, including SQL development, Power BI dashboarding, and data modeling

• Guide students through projects involving real-world data scenarios and business problems

• Create or adapt instructional materials, exercises, and assessments

• Provide feedback and mentorship to learners

• Ensure that training content reflects best practices in BI and data visualization

• Stay updated with industry trends and BI tool updates

Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server)

• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI (including DAX and Power Query)

• Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and BI architecture

• Excellent communication and teaching/presentation skills

• Experience with remote teaching tools (Zoom, MS Teams, LMS platforms, etc.)

Nice-to-Have

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)

• Experience with Python or scripting for data analysis

• Knowledge of automation tools (e.g., Power Automate)

• Previous experience as an instructor or mentor
