Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Director of Sales & Marketing to lead our sales team, manage partnerships, and help grow our business. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys working with people, and has a passion for achieving targets and driving success.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Develop and execute sales strategies in collaboration with the Director to meet and exceed sales targets

✅ Manage and lead the recruitment team:

– Set clear goals and KPIs

– Provide regular training and mentorship

– Monitor performance and provide feedback

✅ Work closely with students and parents (B2C) to provide guidance on study abroad options, applications, and processes

✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and educational institutions within Uzbekistan (B2B)

✅ Collaborate with schools, colleges, and universities abroad to develop partnerships and ensure smooth processes for student placements

✅ Analyze sales data and market trends to identify new opportunities for growth

✅ Participate in marketing and recruitment events (fairs, seminars, webinars, etc.) to promote SAMI services

✅ Coordinate with other departments (marketing, administration, visa support) to ensure a seamless student experience

Requirements:

Proven sales experience with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role, preferably in education, consulting, or recruitment

Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English, Uzbek, and Russian

Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team

Solid understanding of B2C and B2B sales dynamics

Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners

Proficiency in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and digital tools for sales tracking and reporting

Ability to travel domestically and internationally for work (school visits, fairs, partner meetings)

High level of organizational skills and attention to detail

Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
