Job Title: Architect (5+ Years Experience, Rhinoceros + Revit/BIM Proficient)

Location: Tashkent, Uzbekistan. "Hybrid / Office-based"

Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Architect with at least 5 years of professional experience to join our dynamic team.

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with a Senior Architect on a variety of exciting projects across different sectors.

The ideal candidate is a strong Ruino + Revit/BIM user, demonstrates a high level of design sensitivity, and enjoys working collaboratively in a creative, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Senior Architect and wider team on all phases of architectural projects from concept to delivery
• Develop high-quality drawings, models, and visualisations using Rhinoceros + Revit and other BIM tools
• Contribute creatively to the design process and problem-solving discussions
• Ensure design and documentation meet building codes, regulations, and project requirements
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Participate in design reviews and team meetings

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in architectural practice
• Proficiency in Revit and BIM workflows (essential)
• Strong design skills and a keen eye for detail
• Ability to communicate ideas clearly, both visually and verbally
• Positive, proactive attitude and a collaborative spirit
• Degree in Architecture (Part 2 or Part 3 qualified preferred)
• Basic knowledge of building regulations and planning processes is a plus
