Senior Payroll Accountant

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Payroll Accountant to join our team.

This role is critical in ensuring accurate payroll processing, compliance with financial regulations, and maintaining the integrity of accounting operations.

Responsibilities:

• Collect and organize accounting documentation, ensuring compliance with internal controls and legislation
• Register transactions accurately in accounting software and maintain reliability for tax and financial reports
• Prepare and submit tax declarations, statistical data, and other relevant reports
• Oversee registration processes for fixed assets, including valuations, inventories, and depreciation
• Calculate depreciation and amortization of fixed assets
• Create and manage weekly operating cashflow reports
• Facilitate timely payments to suppliers, track prepayments, resolve overdue accounts receivable/payable, and support operational cashflow statements
• Review and process business trip reports
• Calculate payroll including overtime, deductions, bonuses, and other variables
• Ensure timely monthly and yearly closure of accounts
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

• Mandatory working experience in accounting for at least 5 years
• Knowledge of 1C 8.3 accounting software and proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Skills in using Didox and Client Bank programs
• Background in business communication with competent and effective interpersonal skills
• Diligence and responsibility combined with a strong ability to work within a team
• Showcase of attentiveness, efficiency, and adaptability in handling accounting tasks
• Familiarity with English as an added advantage
