About the Role
We are looking for a talented and proactive Market Research Assistant, to join our international team. This is a career development opportunity with clear potential for growth and promotion.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research in Tashkent and surrounding cities based on client needs, covering areas such as government policies, competitors, industry-specific markets, and customer interviews (research materials will be in English)
• Prepare market research and analysis reports
• Investigate land and property prices in Tashkent and nearby areas to provide accurate information to clients
• Handle customer inquiries in person at the office and via phone
• Communicate effectively in English with the internal team

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in real estate or market research
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Lark for data processing and analysis
• Fluent English (speaking, reading, and writing)
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset

Nice to Have

• Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) is a plus
• Experience working in a multinational company is an advantage
